Today the band had the honour to play a short concert at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff.  A large audience witnessed the free concert, part of a series of events organised by Ty Cerdd for the Tesco Stage at the WMC.

The concert started off with Geoff Richards Trailblaze quickly followed by the William Rimmer march 'Old Comrades'.  The bands soloists where well featured today with soprano player Andrew Watkins getting first go with 'On with the Motley'.  Joanne Corcoran also featured on Flugel with the 'Adagio from the Concerto de Aranjuez' by Rodrigo.

The concert included Florentine March, Vitae Lux, You'll Never Walk Alone, Out of Africa and The Great Escape.

The band MD, Alun Hathaway, was featured playing the Xylophone Solo 'On the Track' which was followed by Evan Smith with the Euphonium Solo 'The Holy Well'.

In honour of St. Davids Day the band completed the afternoons entertainment with 'Men of Harlech' which was well received by the large audience.
