Concert in Bargoed

On a very warm and humid Sunday afternoon the band performed a 2 hour concert in front of an enthusiastic and sizeable audience in Bargoed Park. Despite the heat guest conductor Eric Powel was very pleased with the performance of a rather taxing programme that included Anything Goes, Caribbean Cameo and a Glen Miller selection.

Eric has been taking rehearsals until a permanent MD is appointed. Eric has worked hard with the band and put together an entertaining concert programme that audiences can enjoy.
