Blaenavon to Visit Forest

The Band is busy preparing for the Gloucestershire Brass Band Association Entertainment Contest on 4th February.  The contest is being held in the Forest Theatre of the Forest of Dean College in Coleford.  Adjudicator is Mr Brian Buckley and Compere is Mr David Hayward.  The draw is at 12.00 noon and the contest will commence at approximately 1:15pm.

The Band is rehearsing Monday, Tuesday and Friday this week and have a final rehearsal in Berry Hill between 11:30am and 12:30pm on the day of the contest.

The bus will have a 1st pickup at the Blinking Owl, Cwmbran at 9:10am.  The bus will then continue up the Valley and will leave the band room no later that 10.10am
